Neutrals, neutrals, neutrals...can we say more!?! We couldn't be more excited to wear a neutral palette all spring/summer long! By definition, neutral means 'without color.' But we like to think of neutrals as balanced shades that don't compete with anything else. They work well with other colors by complementing them, but this season, we like to wear them independently to make a statement.
When some think of neutrals, you might think of blacks and whites. But life isn't always black and white...right?! When we are talking about neutrals this season, we are talking more soft and earthy tones. There is just something about all the colors of cream, white, oatmeal, mocha and beige, khaki, and ivory that give us all the calming, pure, and clean vibes this season and it makes us so happy. We all have plenty of neutrals and whites already in our closet, so just adding more pieces to your wardrobe this season will help you be able to wear them plenty of different ways!
1. All the neutral look
With the neutral color palette, you can mix and match all the different hues to create an adorable outfit. Start with darker or lighter outerwear as a base and finish with the opposite color accessories. We love this mocha jumpsuit for spring. Pair it with a cute hat and lighter tank underneath.
With this outfit, we did this super cute 'Best Day Ever Romper' as a lighter piece for the base and then accessorized with a darker colored hat.
2. Different Ways to Wear Pieces

3. Textures
Neutrals can be really fun to play with when you have different textures to work with. Pick some fun accent pieces with different materials such as lace, satin, linen, straw, denim, wool, or cotton.
For example, this white linen blouse looks so cute paired with a this khaki knit skirt.
We love the color of this satin mocha body suit! Pair it with this adorable cream midi skirt (or linen high waisted shorts). If its chilly, throw on a blazer or cardigan.
